Just wanted to thank you for the stunning kitchen, we love it. We really appreciate Hadjie showing up even if he still didn't feel great today. He is such a nice guy, very professional and pays attention to details. Thanks again for saving our kitchen, after 5 months now we can go back to a normal life. :)

This is just a note to say Thanks a Million for the amazing service received from Simon Knowles, Tony and the entire Easylife installation team. I have been a client of Easylife before in Gauteng before I got transferred to Port Elizabeth. I do not have enough space here to write about my ordeal during the home renovation project that I have just done. This ranges from dubious contractors to unscrupulous fly-by-night cabinet makers. This is beside me having contracted a Registered Architect to assist with sourcing reputable contractors and to manage the project on my behalf as I have an extremely busy schedule.
My experience changed when I decided to take matters into my hand and personally approached Easylife for my cabinet requirements. It is then that I met Simon Knowles who later introduced me to Tony. What Godsends!!! From going to site and doing the measurements (at the shortest notice), the design, the options (from pricing to different material options). The crunch came in when we started working on the delivery schedule. They did explain to me the SLA’s and the timelines to deliver the products. My biggest pet hate is SLA’s and the 6 weeks schedule (what is it with Port Elizabeth and 6 weeks?). I did not really have the time to adhere to these SLA’s. That is when the whole thing changed completely. Not only did these gentlemen work the SLA’s to synchronize with my moving to my property. I must be honest: I did not believe it when these gentlemen told me that they will try to make it possible.
Boy Oh Boy! Did these gentlemen deliver, everything on time as promised. It was a first for me in Port Elizabeth. The installation team just sealed the deal. Professionalism does not get better than that!
This note from me is just to say: Thanks a million that these consummate professionals crossed my path. Looking forward to doing more business with these gentlemen in future (Simon: I am currently travelling and I have seen the quotes coming through. You definitely do not sleep on the job. Will have a look at them when I have a minute). May great customer service continue!!

Since the minute I walked in your showroom, I felt very welcome and you have been particularly professional, nice and smiling.
You set up an appointment and you were on time, which usually does not happen.
Then your company was even in advance to deliver and install. Every day, coming back home, I could see the hard work that your team has done in the day.
The people who made the counters were also extremely nice, polite, efficient, fast.
What I really appreciated is that when something was not properly done the first time, you would inform me before I even notice and sort the problem out quickly.
I only have compliments about this beautiful kitchen and I have recommended your company to many friends.
I am thrilled with the result and everything works perfectly.

I landed up at the Morningside branch quite by accident and I am glad I did !! I cant tell you how happy I am with all that you did. The hitches with everyone else that worked there other than
yourselves and Mildo,s nearly drove me insane. Thank you for being so obliging and working until I was satisfied I think it all looks great and is a huge improvement, sorry I didn't do the kitchen surface but I simply ran out of steam.
Eddie the man in charge of the installation is bright , competent and filled me with confidence his two assistance were all decent helpful men and were the only ones who thanked me politely for the tea and rusks and washed their cups afterwards , good staff very impressed. I think the workmanship on the cupboards, shelves and storeroom is excellent.
