A-grade board: To ensure that there are no colour variances in the Melamine board we use, we only manufacture with A-grade board. The quality of the board we use meets all industry standards regarding density of substrate and glue content.
Pre-drilling of holes: Our factory uses specialised machines for pre-drilled holes to ensure accuracy and to minimise the handling of each component. This also allows for a greater ease of assembly.
Hot-melt glue and state-of-the-art edge banding technology: This method we use provides minimal visibility of the glue line and ensures long-lasting, smooth edging on all components.
Adjustable shelves: This system allows our customers to choose their preferred location of shelves, together with the option of adding shelves.
Legs: We use imported virgin plastic adjustable carcass legs to ensure that your kitchen is protected from any possible flood damage.
Aluminium protection trays: Imported aluminium trays come standard in all cabinets under sinks to protect the unit against any future water leaks.
Aluminium worktop support brace for sink and hob cutouts: We use imported aluminium support to strengthen the countertop and this comes standard with all sink units and under counter oven units.
Hinges with a lifetime guarantee: We only make use of Blum hinges that are renowned for their high technology, outstanding quality and durability, backed by a lifetime mechanical guarantee. We offer soft closing options on request.
Drawers with a lifetime guarantee: We only use Blum drawer systems because of their unsurpassed and effortless closing properties. Soft closing options are available on request.
Metal-sided drawers with 16mm drawer bases: We only use Blum single drawer side systems, for their high side stability and 16mm melamine bases for their low sag values. These bases ensure strong, sturdy drawers that withstand any warping.
Backing boards: 3mm backing boards are inserted in pre-grooved cavities for stability of units. Due to the grooving, these backing boards are not visible from the side.
