Announcement of Acquisition of Shares by Italtile Ceramics (Pty) Ltd in Easylife Kitchens Management (Pty) Ltd

On behalf of Easylife Kitchens Management, I have great pleasure in announcing that with effect from 1 February 2020, Italtile Ceramics (Pty) Ltd is a minority shareholder of Easylife Kitchens Management (Pty) Ltd.

John Dammermann, a Shareholder and long-standing Director of ELK Management has sold his shares in ELK Management to Italtile Ceramics and will be retiring on 30 April 2020. 

The Directors and Shareholders of ELK Management want to thank John for his passion and commitment to the Easylife group over the past 15 years, and we wish him everything of the best for his retirement.

We are confident that the investment of Italtile into Easylife will result in many synergies that will in turn create several growth opportunities for Easylife into the future.
