This Super Green Spirulina Smoothie only needs 5 ingredients, 5 minutes, and 1 blender.

Grab a frozen banana, cucumber, and coconut milk to create the base. Add in some hemp seed and lastly, spirulina. Spirulina is a blue-green algae that is densely nutritious and high in vitamin B and various minerals, such as iodine, beta-carotene, antioxidants, iron, and manganese. It is also high in protein!

Looking for that summer glow? Try this Green Glow Smoothie, which is even vegetarian and vegan friendly. All you need to make this yummy concoction is 1 and a half bananas (either frozen or fresh), 30g frozen spinach, 30g frozen kale, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, and 150ml apple juice. Simply blend all these ingredients together in a blender and you have your delicious, finished product.

This next recipe is for the Ultimate Green Avocado Smoothie. This is full of green goodness and is the perfect way to start your day. You will need 1 avocado, 2 bananas, 1 cup baby kale, 1 and a half cups almond milk, and 2 tablespoons of plant-based vanilla protein powder, which is optional. Blend all of these ingredients up and voila! You can top this smoothie with some scrumptious pistachios and cacao chips.
